Stacey Colgan Stacey Colgan – Fleur de Lis (CapLaunchPad President) 

Owner of the Fleur De Lis (training young women in awareness of social protocols, deportment and grooming) Stacey is also employed by several organisations in Rockhampton to complete Financial Reports. Previously employed as a Taxation Accountant. Bachelor of Accounting -CQU. Stacey is a Director for the Mayoress’ Charity Foundation and a Committee Member of the Miss Rockhampton Showgirl Quest and the Central Queensland Capra’s QRL Team.

Stacey is a past student of St Ursula’s in Yeppoon. She was Miss Rockhampton Showgirl in 2002 and is extremely active providing Financial Consulting Services for a number of businesses in Rockhampton and the training and development of young people in the Region.

Bronwyn Fenech FMSTUDIOS Bronwyn Fenech – FMSTUDIOS (CapLaunchPad Vice President) 

Bronwyn completed her secondary education at Emmaus College, then studied Nursing at Central Queensland University – deferring her studies Bronwyn wanted to venture into the ‘real world’ to work and earn money. Bronwyn has dappled in sales, the hair industry and was an editor of an e-zine on Fashion & Beauty Magazine based in Brisbane.

In 2002 Bronwyn saw the opportunity with her partner to start their own Business venture in Rockhampton and FMSTDUIOS :: Fenech Multimedia Studios was born. In 2012 FMSTUDIOS will be turning 10!  With a multitude of awards and over 500 local business clients as well as an interstate and international clientele Bronwyn thoroughly enjoys networking and getting new business!

Priscilla Ruffolo Priscilla Ruffolo – Priscilla Ruffolo Public Relations (CapLaunchPad Executive)  

Priscilla moved to Rockhampton from Melbourne in 2009 with her husband, Gino Andrieri, and their then four month old daughter, Olivia.
Since living in Rocky, Priscilla has started her own home based Public Relations firm. Priscilla’s firm has assisted members of the arts, community service and retail sectors across the Capricorn Region.

Priscilla also loves being a Barista at Another Story Bookstore in Rockhampton.
Before her move to Rockhampton, Priscilla enjoyed an illustrious career in politics for the past decade working for Victorian State and Federal Members of Parliament in policy, political, strategic, marketing and media roles.

Shane Lacey Shane Lacey – Minecorp (CapLaunchPad Executive)  

Shane Lacey is the owner and director of Minecorp Rockhampton.  Shane was born and raised in Rockhampton and has been involved within the automotive industry for the majority of his working life.

Minecorp continues to go from strength to strength within the booming mining and infrastructure economy of Central Queensland.  Minecorp supply’s global safety solutions for light vehicles operating in harsh environments, government, energy and resource sectors. Shane has a wealth of industry knowledge and experience behind him which is appropriate for the role as director of Minecorp Rockhampton.  Shane is an enthusiastic, optimistic and driven individual and provides direction and leadership to the Rockhampton team, ensuring the achievement of strategic goals whilst building loyal client relationships and advocates of the Minecorp brand.

Blake Harvey Blake Harvey – Ergon Energy (CapLaunchPad Executive)  

Blake Harvey is currently acting in the role of Group Manager Alternative Energy Solutions, Ergon Energy. In this role he is responsible for the utilisation of alternative network technologies to help meet customer expectations of Security, Quality, Reliability and Availability, whilst reducing business cost. He is an electrical engineer and Rockhampton local, and was named the 2009 Australian Young Power Engineer of the Year. His key focuses are on leadership, and on supporting regional development and innovation. Blake is still closely involved with his former uni CQUniversity in areas of power engineering research, and with Engineers Australia where he is an elected Queensland Division Representative. Outside work Blake enjoys cycling, spearfishing, camping and international travel.

Jessica Turner Jessica Turner – Turner Valuers (CapLaunchPad Executive) 

Jessica has worked as a Commercial Industrial Property Consultant with Turner Valuers since 2007.  Originally from Emerald, Jessica has strong family ties to the Central Queensland property and horse racing industries.  Committed to the local area, Jessica is an active member of the Rockhampton Fitzroy Rotary Club.  She is the Secretary of the local Australian Property Institute Discussion Group and has recently been qualified as a Justice of the Peace.

Adrien Lang Adrien Lang – Ask Me (CapLaunchPad Executive) 

Born in Rockhampton and raised on a nearby cattle property, Adrien is the true definition of a local spending most of his life based in the region. In an uncommon transition, Adrien shifted his focus from cattle to computers and established his own IT support business focussing on commercial entities. When not viewing a monitor, Adrien can be found on the banks of the Fitzroy River assisting in the fast growing resurgence of the sport of rowing in CQ schools. When that is not enough anything that involves horsepower is the next priority. This ranges from horses at the racetrack though to crewing for motor-powered race teams. Adrien’s family has had a long history and involvement in the development of the Capricornia region and continues to share that passion. Other community involvements include being a Rotarian and an active member of the Nankin Rural Fire Brigade.

Meghan Rothery Meghan Rothery – Maurice Blackburn Lawyers (CapLaunchPad Executive) 

Meghan grew up on a farm just outside the small rural township of Wowan, approximately 85 km south-west of Rockhampton. After attending the University of Queensland in Brisbane for two years, Meghan returned to Central Queensland to take up residence in Rockhampton, working in the hospitality industry at local hot-spots whilst completing her studies externally through the Queensland University of Technology. For 7 years, Meghan  worked as a solicitor for the well established Rockhampton legal firm, South & Geldard, practising in the areas of commercial law and litigation. Meghan is now an Associate with national firm Maurice Blackburn Lawyers, working out of their Rockhampton office as a personal injuries lawyer. Through her work, Meghan enjoys regular contact with the Central Queensland working community.
