Tourism Queensland Global Brand Launch Co-op Opportunities

Tourism Queensland is embarking on a global launch of the new brand for Queensland and its destinations in September 2010. The new brand will launch a new logo, new tagline, and new imagery to promote Queensland. This brand will appeal to key target markets and aims to capture the hearts and minds of our consumer. It will also encapsulate all of the amazing experiences and destinations that make up Queensland.

The launch campaign will consist of outdoor activity utilising spectacular and super sites in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to drive the brand message to consumers and showcase the new imagery. There will be supporting tactical activity including TV, radio and online (including social media) that will drive consumers to the Queensland Holidays website where operator deals will be featured. The value of this launch campaign will be in excess of $1.5 million.

As part of the roll out of the new brand the Queensland Holidays website will also be relaunched with a new look and feel and increased exposure for holiday offerings across the site. Tourism Queensland is offering operators various advertising opportunities for the October through to December period.
